The restaurant is incredibly cozy, with beautiful and charming decor that blends Japanese and Hawaiian vibes perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. We were two people and had the pleasure of being served by Margot, who was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive, offered us some great drink options, and explained the highlights of the menu. The food was sensational, honestly, one of the freshest and most flavorful sushi experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles. Their signature dish, the crème brûlée sushi, is a must-try! It’s unique, delicious, and incredibly fresh, something you won’t find anywhere else. The prices are also very fair for the high quality and presentation of the food. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the presentation, and the taste. We ordered two sushi rolls, and it was more than enough, we left completely satisfied. A wonderful restaurant that I truly recommend!

This sushi spot in LA is not but they serve comfort, island, and different vibes. The creativity they put into the rolls (and love that it comes in a pizza box! (Fun look- Sustainable and protects the rolls for takeout pretty well! ) this is a spot for must try and comfort food vibes. Decent also for the quality of fish is fresh! Dining was full but we Ordered for takeout and enjoyed it near the Beach! (It was only 12mins away from Santa Monica Pier without Traffic!) Love how its family operated and small businesses like this deserves to be in the heart of Los Angeles!

We were visiting from out of town and tried this sushi restaurant at the recommendation of Gabriel at The Mestizo — it did not disappoint! We ordered the chili garlic roll and the crème brûlée roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The chili oil tasted house-made and was better than any we had tried before. The crisp brûléed top of the crème brûlée roll contrasted beautifully with the creamy, mayo-rich filling inside. The space was clean and well designed with a fun theme, and the fish was incredibly fresh and high quality. Service was prompt, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit even though we came in shortly before their break. We only wish we lived in LA so we could come more often. We’ll definitely be dreaming about it until our next trip back!

Great Small Neighborhood spot! One of the freshest and quality sushi I had in Culver City! If you’re into flavorful and fusion rolls. It is a Hawaiian and Japanese concept. They do have some traditional items too but I would come here for the fusion rolls. We ordered the Salmon Lavah, Surfin Tuna, Brulee roll and Godzilla roll. Very home-y feeling and great vibes. Best quality of fish! They do put the soul and creativity in the rolls. Glad to stumble into a spot like this in LA.

The quality of sushi was amazing, nice and cozy place with cute decorations, server was very kind and polite. I had sushi lavah, which was under their recommended list, spicy tuna from classic rolls and one more dish from their signature which came with 10 pieces of sushi. All sushi were delicious and fresh. I rarely give 5 stars for review and personally, they definitely deserve it. I’d definitely go again And they don’t serve alcohol.

Yummy sushi spot with peak service. Small, local business vibes. A masked employee welcomed us in, explained how it worked (we said it was our first time). He said we could order from our seats, with the iPads. (We paid at the counter, after we ate.) A clean experience, perfect for sushi. We ordered a combo with spicy edamame. My partner and I disagreed completely on what we liked best, but we liked everything! The yellowtail was crunchy and flavorful. I loved the blue crab rolls, so savory. The furikae rolls were favorite, savory and salty, but also sweet and chewy. Fresh, all around. FYI my partner said the edamame was a little too sweet for him and not very spicy. I have a lower spice tolerance, so agree to disagree. But will probably try miso instead next time, they say it’s a specialty. Our server recommended the spicy garlic rolls. Putting it on the list. We’ll be back. PRICE - very affordable, $50 with tax, two 20/30-something guys who came hungry and left full. Split the combo and edamame appetizer. PARKING - residential street parking, free for 2 hours. Easy to find, at 2PM on a weekday.

I live right by iEight Sushi and love stopping by here when I’m craving good quality and well-priced sushi. The service is great—they really make sure everything is to your liking. I especially love the interior decoration—it feels super cozy and there are so many cute figurines and posters! I highly recommend the Salmon Lavah Roll which is what I got this time, but I’ve also had the Original Brûlée Roll and Chili Garlic Roll and loved those too. I’ll be sure to be back again soon!

Such a cozy and well-decorated spot. warm lighting, wooden details, and a relaxed vibe. The restaurant is small but makes great use of its space. Their sushi is Japanese-Hawaiian fusion. It’s fun and unique, especially the to-go pizza boxes! Their Togo boxes are a fun touch, and the rolls are creative, beautifully presented with flowers, and come with lots of sauces (eel, spicy mayo, chili). My favorites were the Chili Garlic Roll and Godzilla Roll. Great place to catch up with friends. It’s quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a chill meal or takeout.
